It operates through nine segments: Corporate Banking, SME Banking, Consumer Banking, Treasury, Investment Banking, Offshore Banking, Card and Alternate Delivery Channel, Mobile Financial Services, and Agent Banking.

The company offers savings, current, and resident and non-resident foreign currency deposit accounts; fixed and other deposits; and NRB savings products.

It also provides loan products, such as personal, home, and auto loans; working capital, house building, equity, developer, hire purchase, lease, transport, and work order finance, as well as guarantees, letters of credit, and purchase of bills; export and import finance, industrial loans, project finance, syndicated or structured finance, wealth management, and other corporate banking loans; and debit, credit, prepaid, and business cards.

In addition, the company offers offshore banking, treasury, long term debt instrument, remittance, locker, hybrid financing, and loan syndication services, as well as SME and agent banking services.

Further, the company provides structured finance products and services, such as merger and acquisition, private equity, offshore fund management, placement agent, financial advisory, and escrow banking services.
