Amundi Govt Bond Lowest Rated EuroMTS Investment Grade 1-3 is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Amundi Asset Management. It invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro zone. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the Euro denominated, fixed-rate government bonds with a maturity of between 1-3 years. It invests in lowest rated investment grade securities that are rated as between AAA and BBB- by S&P and Fitch and between Aaa and Baa3 by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE MTS Lowest-Rated Eurozone Government Bond IG 1-3Y Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The fund was formerly known as Amundi ETF Govt Bond Lowest Rated EuroMTS Investment Grade 1-3 UCITS ETF. Amundi Govt Bond Lowest Rated EuroMTS Investment Grade 1-3 was formed on March 27, 2014 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
