The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in Euro denominated fixed rate corporate bonds with maturity between 1 and 3 years. It invests in high yield securities that are rated as between BB+ and CCC- by S&P, BB+ and CCC by Fitch, and Ba1 and Caa3 by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the BofA Merill Lynch BB-CCC 1-3Year Euro Developed Markets High Yield Constrained Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. Amundi EUR Short Term High Yield Corporate Bond ESG UCITS ETF was formed on June 1, 2017 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
