iShares Euro Corporate Bond BBB-BB UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. It is co-managed by BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of Europe. It invests in the fixed and floating rate, Euro denominated corporate bonds issued by industrials, utilities, and financial companies. The fund invests in investment grade and sub-investment grade securities with a credit rating of between BBB+ and BB- by S&P and Fitch and between Baa1 and Ba3 by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx EUR Corporates BBB-BB (5% Issuer Cap) Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. iShares Euro Corporate Bond BBB-BB UCITS ETF was formed on February 3, 2015 and is domiciled in Ireland.
