It is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited, BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the emerging markets across the globe. It invests in the US Dollar denominated, fixed-rate corporate debt securities with a minimum maturity of 36 months. The fund invests in investment grade and high yield securities that are rated by S&P, Moody’s, and Fitch. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Morningstar Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as iShares V Public Limited Company - iShares $ Emerging Markets Corporate Bond UCITS ETF. iShares J.P. Morgan $ EM Corp Bond UCITS ETF was formed on April 17, 2012 and is domiciled in Ireland.
