SSgA SPDR Barclays 15+ Year Gilt UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United Kingdom. It invests in the Sterling denominated, fixed-rate government bonds with a maturity of more than 15 years. The fund invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays UK Gilt 15+ Year Index, by investing in securities as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays Capital 15+ Year Gilt ETF. SSgA SPDR Barclays 15+ Year Gilt UCITS ETF was formed on September 14, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
