Xtrackers iBoxx Eurozone Government Bond Yield Plus 1-3 UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset Management S.A. It is managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro zone. It uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in Euro denominated, fixed-rate sovereign bonds with a remaining time to maturity of at least 1 year and up to 3 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx EUR Sovereigns Eurozone Yield Plus 1-3 Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The fund was formerly known as db x-trackers II - iBoxx Sovereigns Eurozone Yield Plus 1-3 UCITS ETF. Xtrackers iBoxx Eurozone Government Bond Yield Plus 1-3 UCITS ETF was formed on August 14, 2013 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
