It operates through five segments: Corporate Banking; Retail & Business Banking; Treasury; Brokerage; and Asset Management.
The Corporate Banking segment offers loans and other credit facilities, as well as deposits, and other transactions and balances to corporate clients, institutional clients, and public sector entities.
This segment also provides corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions advice, specialized financial advice, and custody services.
The Retail & Business Banking segment provides loans and overdrafts, as well as handles the deposits and other transactions, such as funds transfers, standing orders, and ATM card services for small and medium enterprises, and individual customers.
The Treasury segment invests in liquid assets, including short-term placements and government debt securities, as well as trades in foreign currencies.
The Brokerage segment subscribes, underwrites, buys, holds, manages, and sells securities either on or off a stock exchange.
This segment also provides issuing house underwriting services and sponsorship to corporate clients. The Asset Management segment offers asset management, investment portfolio management, cash management, money management, and other investment advisory services to institutional investors, businesses, and high net worth individuals; and manages mutual funds.
