It also offers real estate consulting, brokerage, and property and land use rights auction, as well as real estate brokerage services; management consulting services, including investment consulting and projects management; and short stay services, such as travel services, tourist accommodation, and hotels and resorts.

Further, it is involved in the manufacturing of plastic and wooden doors; exploitation of stone, sand, gravel, and clay; production of commercial fresh and prefabricated concrete, tile, block, and brick; mining; interior and exterior decoration; and passenger transportation.
The company was formerly known as Development Investment Construction Corporation and changed its name to Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation in January 2008.
