The fund takes short positions and uses derivatives such as swap agreements and futures contracts to invest in US dollar denominated, investment grade U.S. Treasury securities which have a remaining maturity of greater than 20 years and that are rated as at least BBB- by S&P or Baa3 by Moody's. It seeks to track the inverse of the daily performance of the ICE U.S. Treasury 20+ Year Bond Index, by using full replication technique.
