The Invesco CoinShares Global Blockchain UCITS ETF Acc aims to provide the net total return performance of the CoinShares Blockchain Global Equity Index (the “Reference Index”), less the impact of fees.The fund offers exposure to global companies in developed and emerging markets that participate or have the potential to participate in the blockchain ecosystem. The Reference Index is designed to evolve with the potential growth of blockchain technology. Constituent weightings are subject to liquidity and UCITS constraints. The Reference Index is calculated and distributed by Solactive AG for CoinShares, an investment firm specialising in digital assets.The fund aims to achieve its objective by buying and holding, as far as possible and practical, all the securities in the Reference Index in their respective weightings. The fund is rebalanced in line with changes to the Reference Index, which is reviewed and rebalanced on a quarterly basis. Please note that prior to 29 October 2021, the name of this ETF was Invesco Elwood Global Blockchain UCITS ETF. This name change has no bearing on the investment objective or any other aspect of the product. The index name was changed from Elwood Blockchain Global Equity Index to CoinShares Blockchain Global Equity Index on 15 Oct 2021. For more information about the index, please visit CoinShares.com.
