It is co-managed by Blackrock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It invests in the fixed-rate, US Dollar denominated sovereign bonds with a remaining maturity of between 7 and 10 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays US Treasury 10 Year Term Index, by employing representative sampling methodology.
