It invests in the Sterling denominated, fixed-rate government bonds with a maturity of more than 15 years. The fund invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays UK Gilt 15+ Year Index, by investing in securities as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays Capital 15+ Year Gilt ETF. SSgA SPDR Barclays 15+ Year Gilt UCITS ETF was formed on September 14, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
