It invests directly and through derivatives such as forward contracts in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies, the returns being hedged to Euro. It seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI World 100% Hedged to EUR Index Net, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as iShares V Public Limited Company - iShares MSCI World Monthly EUR Hedged. iShares MSCI World EUR Hedged UCITS ETF was formed on September 30, 2010 and is domiciled in Ireland.
