It is co-managed by Blackrock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the developed countries across the globe. It invests in U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds with a minimum time to maturity of 1.5 years. The fund invests in high yield securities rated as BB+ or below by S&P and Fitch and Ba1 or below by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx USD Liquid High Yield Capped Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as iShares II Public Limited Company - iShares Markit iBoxx $ High Yield Capped Bond Fund. iShares $ High Yield Corporate Bond UCITS ETF was formed on September 13, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
