WisdomTree Long USD Short GBP 3x Daily is a fully collateralised, UCITS eligible Exchange Traded Product (ETP) structured as a debt security. It provides investors with three times leveraged daily exposure to the US Dollar (USD) relative to the British Pound (GBP), tracking the MSFXSM Triple Long US Dollar/GBP Total Return Index. This means if USD rises 1% against GBP in a day, the ETP aims to rise 3%, excluding fees, while a 1% fall would result in a 3% decline; it also incorporates interest rate differentials between the currencies as a total return index with collateral yield. Launched on 4 November 2010 and domiciled in Jersey with GBP as base currency, it employs synthetic replication via unfunded swaps backed by collateral held in segregated accounts, such as at The Bank of New York Mellon. With a management fee of 0.98% and daily swap rate of 0.002329%, it offers passporting across multiple European countries and eligibility for ISAs and SIPPs.
