The fund invests in the public equity markets of developed countries across the globe except Greece. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector, which include real estate investment trusts (REITS) and real estate holding & development companies. The fund invests in the dividend-paying stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. It seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Dividend + Index, by employing representative sampling methodology.
