DoubleLine Shiller Enhanced International CAPE Fund I2 is an actively managed mutual fund designed to deliver total return that exceeds its designated benchmark over a full market cycle. The fund uses a dual approach: it provides 100% notional exposure to the Shiller Barclays CAPE® Europe Sector Net Total Return Index and simultaneously invests in a portfolio of global debt securities. This structure is intended to capture returns from both European equity sector rotation and active fixed income management. The equity component utilizes the CAPE® Ratio—developed by Dr. Robert Shiller—to identify the five most undervalued sectors among ten major European industries, incorporating a momentum filter to avoid value traps, and then equally weights exposure to four sectors. Key allocations currently include Information Technology, Consumer Discretionary, Materials, and Consumer Staples. The fixed income portfolio aims to enhance returns and diversify risk by rotating among global bond sectors.
