Fidelity Advisor China Region Fund Class M is a mutual fund designed to provide investors with exposure to equities in the Greater China region. Its primary objective is long-term capital growth by investing at least 80% of its assets in securities from companies based in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. The fund follows a regionally focused strategy, with a minimum of 70% of total assets in equities and at least 75% of the stock portion allocated within this targeted region. It has the flexibility to invest up to 35% of assets in any industry that represents more than 20% of the Hong Kong, Taiwanese, or Chinese market, enabling it to concentrate holdings when sector opportunities arise. The portfolio demonstrates a strong preference for non-U.S. stocks, primarily large and giant-cap companies, comprising over 90% of holdings.
