About FNILX

Fidelity ZERO Large Cap Index Fund is a passively managed mutual fund designed to replicate the performance of large-capitalization U.S. companies. The fund primarily invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks that are included in the Fidelity U.S. Large Cap Index, a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted benchmark reflecting the U.S. large-cap sector. By tracking an index of the largest 500 U.S. companies, the fund offers broad exposure to the overall U.S. stock market with a focus on established leaders across technology, consumer, financial, and other major industries. Notable holdings typically include blue chip companies such as Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon, with the top ten holdings comprising about a third of the portfolio’s assets.
