IGI Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the provision of general insurance products in Pakistan.

It provides fire and property insurance coverage against damages caused by fire, riot and strike, earthquake, explosion, atmospheric damage, flood, electric fluctuation, and other related perils; marine, aviation, and transport insurance that offers coverage against cargo risk, war risk, damages occurring in inland transit, and other related perils; motor insurance, which provides car coverage, indemnity against third party loss, and other related coverage; accident and health insurance solutions for coverage against personal accident, hospitalization, and other medical benefits; and miscellaneous insurance for coverage against burglary, loss of cash in safe and cash in transit, engineering losses, travel, and other coverage.

The company also offers life insurance coverage to individuals and employer-employee groups, accident and health, pension fund, and family takaful services.

In addition, it provides shares and commodities brokerage, money market and foreign exchange brokerage, and advisory and consulting services, as well as offers technology led business solutions, including training services.

The company was formerly known as IGI Insurance Limited and changed its name to IGI Holdings Limited in March 2018.
