UBS BBG MSCI US Liquid Corp Sustainable UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. It is co-managed by UBS Asset Management and UBS Asset Management (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It invests directly and through derivatives in US Dollar denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds issued by industrial, financial, and utility companies and with a maturity of more than one year. The fund invests in companies that are consistent with specific values based criteria such as religious beliefs, moral standards or ethical views, and targets companies with high sustainability ratings relative to their sector peers. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays MSCI US Liquid Corporates Sustainable Index (Total Return), by investing in securities as per their weightings in the index. UBS BBG MSCI US Liquid Corp Sustainable UCITS ETF was formed on July 24, 2015 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
