The fund invests directly and through derivatives in US Dollar denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds issued by financial, industrial, and utility companies and with as maturity ranging between 1 and 5 years. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays US Liquid Corporate 1-5 Year Index (Total Return), by investing in the securities as per their weightings in the index.
