It is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited, BlackRock Financial Management Inc, and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of developed countries across the globe. It invests in the US Dollar denominated, fixed and floating rate corporate bonds with a maturity of up to 3 years. The fund invests in the investment grade securities that are rated by S&P, Fitch, and Moody's. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx USD Liquid Investment Grade Ultrashort Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. iShares $ Ultrashort Bond UCITS ETF was formed on October 15, 2013 and is domiciled in Ireland.
