UBS SBI Foreign AAA-BBB 1-5 ESG UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. It is co-managed by UBS Global Asset Management and UBS AG. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of countries across the globe except Switzerland. It invests directly and through derivatives in Swiss franc denominated, fixed-rate bonds issued by governments, supranational organizations, and companies. The fund invests in securities with a maturity ranging between 1 and 5 years. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as between AAA and BBB by S&P and Fitch and between Aaa and Baa2 by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the SBI Foreign AAA-BBB 1-5 Total Return Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. UBS SBI Foreign AAA-BBB 1-5 ESG UCITS ETF was formed on July 30, 2013 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
