It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in the fixed-rate, US Dollar-denominated corporate bonds issued by industrial, utility, and financial companies and with a maturity of less than three years. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays 0-3 US Corporate Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. SSgA SPDR Barclays 0-3 Year U.S. Corporate Bond UCITS ETF was formed on August 27, 2013 and is domiciled in Ireland.
