It invests in high-yield corporate bonds that are rated BB+ to B- by nationally rated credit agencies. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up security picking approach to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the ICE BofA BB-B US High Yield Index (C$, Hedged). TD Active U.S. High Yield Bond ETF was formed on November 19, 2019 and is domiciled in Canada.
