In addition, the company manages, leases, and sells office buildings, condominiums, restaurants, stores, factories, warehouses, parking lots, and other properties.
Further, it is involved in the survey and development of geothermal energy; supply and sale of geothermal steam and electricity; and generation of power using solar power generation.
