The Investment Corporation was established on March 16, 2001, in accordance with the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Act (hereinafter referred to as the Investment Trust Act), and was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market in September of the same year (stock code 8951).

Since starting operations in May 2001 with 22 properties and a cumulative acquisition price of 192.1 billion yen, the company has steadily increased its assets through continuous property acquisitions.
