The Partners for farmers segment trades wheat, rapeseed, barley, and other grains and oilseeds, including suncake and sunmeal, sugar beet pulp, soymeal, vegetable oil, rapeseed cake, and other feedstuffs, along with offering grain storage and logistics services, and sale of fertilizers, seeds, plant protection products, machinery and equipment, grain storage facilities, spare parts, and other equipment.
The Farming segment grows grains, rapeseed, and others as well as sales of harvest, breeding of livestock and sales of milk and livestock.
The Food production segment includes whole cycle poultry business, production and wholesale of flour and flour mixes, instant foods, production of canned vegetables and mushrooms, ready- to-eat soups, and other ecological food products, production, and wholesale of breadcrumbs and breading mixes.
The Other products and services segment trades in pest control and hygiene products, produces and sells extruded products, pet food, provides veterinary pharmaceutical services and trade in products, provision of fumigation and sanitation services.
It also rents and manages agricultural purposes land; and provides expedition and ship’s agency; provision of logistics, consulting, and management services.
In addition, the company trades in agricultural machinery and equipment for grain elevators; seeds production; software development; broiler breeding; chicken raising; and rent of real estate.
The company was formerly known as AB Linas Agro Group and changed its name to AB Akola Group in December 2023.
