For some of you, it's probably the second time in the month that I have the opportunity to welcome you, because on November 4th we held an open day at El-Kajo for investors, and a group of 30 to 40 representatives of investors had an opportunity to visit the plant.

Ten zakres jest komplementarny. Jesteśmy jedyną firmą w Polsce, która w tak kompleksowy sposób potrafi przetwarzać odpady przemysłowe.
The scope of this activity is complementary, and we are the only company in Poland to be able to process industrial waste in such a comprehensive manner.
Z tych odpadów wytwarzamy głównie kruszywa sztuczne, energię elektryczną, paliwa alternatywne i czasami prefabrykaty.
Based on those kinds of waste, we manufacture aggregates, artificial aggregates, electrical power, fuels, and sometimes prefabricates.

W trzecim kwartale osiągnęliśmy bardzo dobre przychody i bardzo dobry wynik EBITDA. Tak jak mówiliśmy na poprzednich konferencjach, że najsłabszym kwartałem będzie pierwszy, drugi będzie lepszy, trzeci będzie jeszcze lepszy, a czwarty oczekujemy, że będzie lepszy od trzeciego. Przychody przekroczyły powyżej 200 milionów złotych, łącznie z przychodami ze stacji paliw, które także zwiększyły swoje przychody i swoją rentowność. Natomiast core business - skupimy się na core businessie.
In Q3, we generated nice sales, very good EBITDA margin. Like we signaled at the beginning, Q1 would be, I mean, at the beginning of the year, Q1 would be the weakest. Q2 better than Q1, Q3 better than Q2, and now we expect for Q4 to be better than Q3. We have generated $200 million in revenues, including revenues from fuels, which are also very decent, but now we will be focusing on the core business.

Two important components regarding the modernization of the Karsy plant had an impact on those results.

In Q3, at the end of July, we were able to launch the modernized incineration plant. Therefore, the Q3 results include the incineration results for August and September.

First of all, $89 million in terms of the non-current asset increase is related to the Gniezno incurred in Karsy and $14 million to the CapEx incurred in Gniezno.

As for the next project in Gniezno, the level of advancement is estimated at 70-80%. Right now, the machines and devices are being installed, which you'll be able to see on one of the following slides. As regards the Skalbmierz project.

We've started designing the modernization project.
Inwestycja w Karsyach, też zobaczymy na zdjęciach, uzyskuje wszystkie pozwolenia. Zakontraktowaliśmy wszystkie urządzenia i kontraktujemy w tej chwili roboty budowlane.
As regards the Karsy RDF project, which we will be able to see on one of the following slides, it has been receiving all the permits, and we've contracted all the devices, machines, and works.
W ramach ekologii podnieśliśmy mocy o 10%, o 1000 ton, z 9 do 10 tysięcy ton. Ten etap został zrealizowany w sierpniu, natomiast kwota około ponad 8 milionów złotych jest zabudżetowana na instalację turbiny prądotwórczej. Wszystkie pozwolenia zostały uzyskane. When it comes to RAF Ekologia, the capacity has been increased by 10% from 9 to 10 thousand tons, and it was performed in August. We're talking about $8 million plus of the amounts, and all the permits are in place. The contracting process is also in place, and we should be able to generate further business owing to that.
Jedna drobna uwaga jeszcze odnośnie audytu spalni w Karsyach. Usłyszeliśmy, że jesteśmy chyba jedynym projektem, który został ukończony w terminie.
One more small remark regarding the audit at the Karsy incineration plant. We heard that ours has been probably the only project that was completed on a timely basis.
Z reguły takie projekty na budowę spalarni, bądź modernizację, trwają do około dwóch lat. Nam udało się od momentu demontażu elementów spalarni w grudniu zeszłego roku zakończyć wszystko w lipcu, z końcem lipca tego roku.
Usually, such projects take about up to two years. In our case, since the dismantling in December 2023, we were able to complete it by the end of July 2024.

The picture below depicts the new manufacturing line with an ultimate capacity of 130,000 tons. Currently, the two existing lines have a joint capacity of 80,000 to 90,000 tons.

W tym roku ten zakład przetworzy około 60 tysięcy ton odpadów.
This year, that plant has processed roughly 60,000 tons of waste.
W przyszłym roku spodziewamy się, że to będzie około 140 tysięcy ton.
Next year, we are estimating that that amount will be roughly 140,000 tons.
Należy tutaj podać, że podnosimy bardzo mocno efektywność produkcji El-Kajo.
It should be added that we are substantially increasing the productivity of the El-Kajo plant.
Marshal fee, one of the main tailwinds of your sector, has been the increase of the marshal fee, which charged the acceptance of waste in municipal landfills. Do you have an idea of the evolution of such fee in the coming years?

Next year, it will probably be growing by 11%.

We expect it to keep growing because there are preferences and goals defined for the recycling and recuperation, and what follows is the further decrease in terms of landfilling.
You mentioned that there will be more growth in Q4. Can you give a revenue range for Q4?
