We have got sound foundations. We are carrying out our business in a steady manner, in the most sustainable fashion. Our growth has pertained to most major segments and business lines of customers. Therefore, I am happy to turn to the financial results following Q3 this year. We are very happy about the dynamic growth of our customers, 300,000 acquisitions year-on-year, and 100,000 quarter-on-quarter, which is a harbinger looking forward. Let me draw your attention to 40% of digital channel acquisitions. This is something that we put a lot of weight on. This growth has fed through to the building up of the confidence on the part of retail customers, equivalent to 13%. There has been a steady dynamics here, and we have exceeded the level of 15% of the credit balance. We are very happy about the momentum that we have gathered.
We are the market leader here. Total credits have edged up. We have increased more than PLN 113 billion. Capital ratio, 15.28%, way more than the dividend criterion and the supervision criterion. We have got a very solid capital base. We are on the safe side, and therefore, we are looking ahead in terms of how we can fund the needs of our customers. For the number of customers that has grown, and it has translated into the increasing volumes, it has all happened against the macroeconomic backdrop, PLN 4.6 billion gross and net PLN 2.982 billion. The net interest income is also solid, but also the net interest income is also good, [PLN 1.7 billion], 18% ROE, 20% in Q3 alone. That is why we can be really tranquil moving forward when it comes to return on equity target.
Our strategy says it is to be equivalent to 18% more in net interest margin, 4.46% in Q3, so it is more than evident that the pressure on the net interest margin has already terminated, and I hope that there are going to be a few quarters with a respective stability here. COR, 27 basis percentage points, 21% in Q3. So it is rather apparent that we have seen a stabilization in this respect. Cost to income in Q3, 30%, 31% after nine months, after the period has been brought to a close. It is something which is way beyond the scope of any other banks in Poland and abroad. Let me draw your attention to our short-term strategy perspective, PLN 113 billion of the balance growth. Over the course of the last 12 months, we have exceeded one percentage point growth in retail loans.
It is way faster than our rivals are faring. These are very good foundations, and they translate into repeatable financial results exceeding the financial targets. This holds true for ROE, cost efficiency, COR, and our dividend capacity. The third element, which is important for growth, which is of paramount importance, as it might be an engine of growth for the few years to come, are our ecosystems or partnerships that we have been developing. Our digital transition was the outcome. 70% of all the products that we sell on the market, we sell them in the digital target. So the digital customer acquisition has been growing as well. For the strategic partnerships with Allegro, we have got half a million joint customers that pay at Allegro via Allegro Pay over Allegro Klik. This is another modernity of sending up bank accounts.
In the app of Allegro, we have been speeding up auto market, 30% growth year-on-year in this respect. In this field, we have entered the leadership of platforms in the automotive industry. From the point of view of transaction capacities here in the European market, we have got more than 8,000 vehicles sold only this year. We have been particularly robust in our business in insurance, PLN 1.2 billion in gross written premium. Our target by the end of the year has been to double the gross written premium. I hope Tomek will tell you more on that aspect and how offensive we have been in this regard. Last element related to our partnerships, our partnership with Żabka, we are now very soon to close the formalities and will launch this new added value proposal shortly.
With all this in mind, we are ready now to embark on the review of our strategy with the aim to uplift our strategic partners by 2030. We want to be reactive to how the customers' behaviors have changed and also what our rivals have proposed. Now I would like to hand over to Piotr.
Good morning. As regards the macroeconomic backdrop, well, it has been and it is conducive to business. These are the conditions in which we operate as a bank. In quarter two, our GDP has risen by around 4%. In quarter three, it has slightly narrowed due to the fact that the base had been historically very high. Other trends have been or have stayed intact. They are positive. Industrial activity, export activity, and investments. In these areas, we are particularly solid as a country.
There has been an investment boom, and I believe that the investments are bound to flourish given the funds and other positive trends in the Polish economy, be it energy transition, be it pursuit of more efficiency, productivity growth in the face of market turbulence, and the rising labor costs. This very positive situation in enterprise and business environment has been a 2% growth in exports investment activity. This has all fed through to the credit appetite in corporate banking. At the same time, the overall standing of Polish enterprises have been improved. It started in 2015, and now this trend has stayed intact. There is more activity in the Polish enterprise overall, which gives rise to more demand for loans, irrespective of the fact that most of the Polish businesses are keen on funding their own activity from their own funds.
The financial standing has been there, and it is also very positive from the point of view of corporate banking activity. COR is, for instance, narrowed. The labor market situation is very comprehensive. Unemployment rate remains very low, which is important from the point of view of total assets. There has been a deterioration of employment amongst businesses, less and less people in the productive age. That is something that we must be mindful of. Yet there is a certain paradox here. We pointed to that on a number of occasions, and now we see that these trends have proven conducive to an understanding of the labor market, but also signs of some improvement on the labor market. Look at PMI for October. It is for the first time in months that the plans of enterprises are rather for the increase in employment.
Surveys have shown the demand for labor is set to improve in the weeks and months to come. Our base case is the situation on the labor market will only get better. There will be some moderation when it comes to wages, which will prevent us from the second round of shocks concerning the crisis in the Middle East. But the wages should be greater than the inflation rate, which is also relevant from the point of view of households' finances, which is in itself very relevant for the appetite of individuals for loans. It is also vital for the SME area. With stable interest rates, the lending activity is only picking up. We've got to do with double-digit growth. In some segments, we see a double-digit growth, and we bet in the months to come, the situation will stay the same.
The lending activity might see some moderation next year, given the effect of this solid base. There won't be such spectacular increases as we've reduced it this year. So the activity might, as I said, get slightly moderated. Yet, for the risks, for growth of our loans in different segments will be asymmetrical. So the lending activity next year will be somewhat close to what we have seen now. For this to materialize, the odds will be higher if our base case for interest rates will get developed. Look at the midterms results in the United States. There are also our domestic trends, consumer inflation well curbed under the 3% threshold, no spillover effect. With all these factors at play, it is rather not likely to have the interest rate cuts on the part of the National Bank of Poland.
Next year, we might see this program relaunched by the central bank. From the point of view of NIM, this might be a rather conducive factor for the lending activity overall. So I bet it is something important, as important as GDP dynamics, and it should be for the lending activity, it should remain at a solid high one-digit ratio. Our customers have valued us very much indeed, and we've got a double-digit growth in this respect in yet another quarter. We have exceeded PLN 406 billion in deposits. We've got now the level of 24% market share. So every fourth zloty deposited in Polish banks is now ours. Importantly, our customers are not only interested in deposits, and they also decide on entering other more comprehensive clients. PLN 88 billion in other categories and 25% year-on-year growth here, which makes us number one.
We lead amongst important TFIs working on the Polish market. It is also important to note a few trends for the retail banking. As expected, our customers are likely to move to the digital channels. 71.2% of all transactions which we have for simple transactions, they are now carried out online. For the customer acquisitions, 40% of the files opened up in the bank is opened up in the online channel, and we hope this level will grow to 50% this year.
An important thing to mention is also the fact that we are attracting younger clients every year. Now we have a strong base of clients below age 26, which is very important for a bank such as PKO that has a very long-lasting tradition. This young group is very important, and the whole ecosystem is supporting that, the sources and makes the young clients want to cooperate with us. Investment is also important. They translate to the growth. We have four new products related to companies, leasing, insurance for kids, and insurance for the most well-off, which are signed in the strategy that we are about to continue. A similar situation happens on the lending activity and loans. I would like to highlight that we conquered the market the fastest.
Our share for the individual clients increased by 1.2 percentage points in relation to the past year, which makes it twofold when it comes to speed compared to our competition. We also exceeded 27% in mortgage, 50% increase of sales in that segment. It is possible to do it due to digitalization. Currently, 50% of the applications for mortgage are those submitted online, which facilitates processing them and also ensures very high quality for our clients. In previous quarters, we mentioned building diversified mortgage business for retail banking. That means taking care of mortgage, but also consumer leasings. Those increased in that quarter in very satisfying increase, about 20% of the increase. The nominal value of this increase would be higher than the total growth created by six of the biggest competitors, so main banks in Poland.
That means that we have a very good pace, and that translates to the market share, which makes us incredibly satisfied. We do not predict any changes, and we want to keep it sustainable. To summarize, in retail, we keep good dynamics, strong double digits, and this is what we are going to maintain in the upcoming quarter. Thank you, Tomek. When it comes to corporate banking, we are on the investment wave that goes through Poland. We increase the loan portfolio. Our dynamic is very advanced when it comes to all assets, over 15% when it comes to corporate loans, and up to 80%. Historically, it is the biggest growth of balance. This also derives from very deep transformation of that branch of business, introducing new model of work, relying on the client service team for the whole capital group of the PKO Bank.
Each quarter, we also present exemplary transactions that showcase the diversification of clients, the quality of clients, and our active participation in transformation of Polish economy. It is worth to mention the investment loans. It is 16% increase year-by-year, and altogether 60% in the general portfolio of loans. Thank you so much. Let me pass it to Krzysztof.
We stay in touch with you on a regular basis. This is a great pleasure and honor to be here and to present good, solid results of the bank. Those results correspond to the consensus that you have been building, and we have been analyzing it. We try to share as much as possible with our guidance, which builds predictability and repeatability, and also sustainability when it comes to the result.
This is how this result is, 3.2 % yearly, 3.4 % when it comes to quarters, which gives ROE level at 19% for three quarters, which Szymon just mentioned. That happened in relation to CET1 at 36 percentage rate and narrowing the net interest margins by 40 basis points. That limit has been compensated by very solid growth of volume, and Mr. President mentioned that. The CHF currency burden and the legal burden, and also the increase of income out of rating. We also had strong discipline when it comes to risk. Piotr will mention a little bit more about that. The net interest margin rates, we shared in the beginning of the year such guidance that we were intending to create the level not lower than comparing to last year.
Now it seems that we are obviously on the higher trajectory in the environment that is comparable. It was 2.6 percentage point, so the net interest margin has stabilized. A quarter and two quarters ago, I said so that we were starting to see such tendencies, and it has stabilized, maybe increased a little bit, but the change factors are narrowing down, and we have the stability on the level of margin, not the percentage rate, which probably will result in nice dynamic up till the end of the year. When it comes to the guidance that we shared with you previously, when it comes to commissions and fees, 8% dynamic year-by-year, the dynamic that is purely transactional, which is worth to highlight, without changes in terms of commissions and fees.
What also attracts attention and what you ask about, as you know, purely conservatively, we approach yet in the second quarter when it comes to pricing to the automotive market, so the residual values. We reflected this conservative approach in the results. We keep on the same track, which is the result of the influx of Chinese cars. They have different prices, and it influences the local market, so we want to be on the safe side. When it comes to mortgage leasing, operational leasings, there may be this element of overpricing of residual values and the negative balance. This is where it may have come from. When it comes to bills, we are also on the transactional level compared to the previous quarter without any bigger negative surprises. The number of clients increases, and we are glad about that.
When it comes to the cards and the currency exchange, to some extent, we should look at these two categories jointly because with settling the cards, we have this factor of the currency standpoint because of the currency exchange, and it may be the factor that influences. Therefore, we need to look at the business holistically. We are happy and satisfied on both ends, and this dynamics gives us quite predictable values in the context of the currency exchange. When it comes to cost-effectiveness, we continue to be disciplined as we used to be. In the everyday costs, we keep discipline, but also we are open to continue the development costs. The strategy is floating. We need to look at it as a double, two-way street.
We have costs that we keep very strong discipline on. On the other hand, we need to finance those activities that are responsible for the future. This is why we have two different categories of different spendings. In the personal costs, at the rate of 6%, we are comparing the salary of our employees to the market benchmarks. We try to be above that. We are the leader on the market, and it is our hope that our team participates in the final effect even better than appropriate, because their work is definitely very difficult. What we have historically done in the third quarter, we had some sort of financial backup in the personal cost to settle the bonuses and additional bonuses.
Usually, we did it in the fourth quarter, but now we decided to start with this in the third quarter to scatter this across the quarters. We are very active when it comes to the emissions. The market is not the easiest. Our efforts to change the geography of the investors to acquire a lot of investors from the Chinese markets, Asian markets, but also those who operate in Japan or Australia, they are still present in the portfolio. This is important because we want to diversify when it comes to emissions, because we do not want to be only in the EUR portfolio. We have new emissions that are following business. The MREL needs to be adjusted to the amount of balance. We had EUR 500 million this year with the possibility of earlier buyout after six years.
From the operational standpoint, we are going to continue quarter by quarter our presence. The last slide, because we try to share on the current basis when it comes to the emission activity and also the influence of capital solvency, but also would like to present how we look at the optimalization of that capital, which we gave hints about. The minus 77 basis points is the consumer loans, consumed by consumer loans, and in the presence of the indicators. Here we can see what is the pace of capital consumption. The second change is cumulated outcomes. Here, we reflect on the pricings that are in the capital of the part of the portfolio of the assets, and this is something we need to keep. We need to divide it between fair value and amortization.
This is not calculated by the effects of the accounts of the effects or by the coupon. We need to keep a little bit higher margin. We placed Tier 2 emission, which is important because we managed to improve the indicator by 70%. We counted in some of the effects from the first quarter and the security measures that happened last year, the test process, only for a few percentage points, basic points. We also managed to improve that, maybe not improve, but we did it from the ground up at the level of 35%, 36%.
This is a fixed component. There are some ad changes from the point of view of risk. We wanted to calibrate the models in order to be most effective in that. Piotr also mentioned that we will return to the strategy issue. This slide is important and will be made disclosed for the capital standing as we see it. Piotr, over to you.
Thank you. This slide brings a long key number of positive bits. The loan in portfolio rose by PLN 45 billion, and for the impairment allowances, they dropped. The same goes true for the COR, which is the lowest in the banking industry. We are also delighted to see the following: the impairment allowances that we allocated for the CHF settlements after the court rulings, we created additional impairments.
Now, for the level of impairments, it has dropped rather significantly, and hopefully in the future, we won't be showing it again, given the rather narrow scale of impairments in general. Let us follow up the good news. We see the decreases of the values in question vis-à-vis the portfolio. The impairment allowances coverage has also edged up in all business lines. We stayed very much afloat when it comes to impairment allowances and the coverage as well. Now, look at the history of the CHF mortgages for the last two quarters. Please be cautious, this is the last year of significant impairment allowances here. Next year, we won't be presenting this notion whatsoever, and we hope for this to materialize. There will be very few court rulings and court settlements by and large. Normally, we gave you some previews.
We narrowed the number of slides altogether, and today, in hope, we won't be constrained to showcase that. Anyway, for the number of settlements, it is the reason for our moderate optimism. The last slide, Krzysztof has already made a reference to that. There is a capital pressure, but we try to stave it off. We've got a very solid income on the bank, therefore the ratio in question is rather held at bay. Krzysztof was elaborating on the issuance topic. It was something very positive from the point of view of capital ratios. There is this program of capital efficiency in the bank. We have launched it already, and now we are very much working out the IRB method for the mortgage loans portfolio, and we hope that these actions will be conducive to more and more effective use of capital on our end.
To bring this to a close, we maintain the momentum. We have gained traction, now we keep it in a most steady and sustainable manner, and we have delivered double-digit growth. We keep on growing organically, making our standing on the market more and more visible. We have been conquering more and more market share, and it has all translated into a healthier business standing of our bank. Let me give you a quick reminder. PLN 8.2 billion in net profit. There has been a significant growth year-on-year, despite an increased tax burden. Return on capital equivalent to 20%, which is to be considered rather high. There is operational efficiency accounting for 30%. From that standpoint, we can distinguish ourselves from our other banking sector actors.
Now, looking ahead, the growth that we have been describing makes us positive, and our outlook is, well, we have got a lot of headroom for further growth in the months and years to come, and that is why we will embark on the review of our strategy. We want this growth to be sustained, and we want to acquire 30% of market share overall and 20% market share in the corporate business. Thank you very much indeed for attention. Now, the time has come to ask us questions. Over to you. Andrzej Powierża, Citi Handlowy.
Congratulations on the double-digit growth that you have delivered. I have got a few questions, a single-digit number of questions, to be more specific. Thank you very much indeed for delivering us the guidance on the net interest margin.
What can we expect next year, given, on the one hand, the index change in mortgage loans and a very fierce competition in that area? I want to be candid in answering this question. Now, the budget is being worked out for the year to come. We have got our base case that we have adopted so far. Having a look at other base cases on the market, ours is more difficult to deploy. There will be very significant yet contained inflationary pressure. If the interest rates will keep as they are, there is going to be a different inflationary pressure. We will adopt a more ambitious targets to grapple with the macros case. Maybe it will evolve in another direction. I am crystal clear as regards the operations with respect to the interest rates. The growth may be different, adjusted by the Monetary Policy Council.
I believe I have answered your question. If our case is this, well, if it stays in the current shape, and by the way, it has been backed by an enormous amount of labor. Two months ago, we were confronted with very mounting pressures, and there were forecasts circulating the interest rate cuts and the behavior of the banks. Bear in mind, some of the banks changed their macro scenarios, taking into consideration the potential of the interest rate cuts to happen this year. We have decided to act otherwise, and our base case has turned out to be the one which is currently operational. So, we should take a rather prudent approach here. It is far better than to adopt an easier base case that would be harder to deploy. With plateauing interest rates, net interest margin will be edging up or down.
For the plateau, it is only short-term. A long-term base case for interest rates here is more relevant. We must be mindful of that, especially with a view of treasury bonds and coupons. These are material contributions in our income, on the other hand. The margins and how they evolve in the market, the reference values that might also be subject to change, and the question is, how will the market react to the fact that there is no adjustment spread? How will this be accommodated by the market entities, and how will this be translated into the margins? We will be fighting for every single basis point in terms of the margin, but we will not be giving you any guidance today with reference to the next year because there are far too many unknowns here. Thank you very much.
Now my second question relating to the labor costs in a quarterly perspective. You said partially the annual bonus effect was already being reflected in Q3. Was it reflected totally or partially? Partially means it has not been reflected totally. Now, the question on securitization. Following the last year's transaction, we have got the effect equivalent to 29 basis points in total. What is your target in terms of the securitization impact? Jakub is with us. We have approached that topic jointly. Allegedly, what you can effectively see is 50% in the solvency ratio without having a closer look at the total assets. So I trust if we say 50 basis points or more, should be something palpable. We also have EMTN programs, and by the same token, we will try to launch a separate program to this end so that it is not a one-off item.
We also have a fully-fledged transaction. Now, we would like to have the securitization embedded as a regular tool that would be conducive to the solvency ratio overall. Securitization is considered a buffer. There are some deep-going regulatory changes. The Monetary Policy Council now has taken a decision on BFG. With respect to the Bank Polski, it is now nearing zero, and there is a smaller pressure from the capital side. Should it go the reversal, the issuance of the bonds, it should be more intense, and there needs to be some buffer embedded to be well-prepared for any regulatory maneuvers that might occur.
My last question. There is a narrowing number of CHF-related francs. Maybe there will be some to compensate for that loss, for instance, in terms of consumer side. Can you give us some more insights into this PLN 300 million that you accounted for in this risk area?
Okay, let me begin with this. Indeed, we are demonstrating one item only for PLN 349 million for all the risks corresponding to the consumer protection. Consumer protection has been growing stronger all across the globe. We also see it reflected in the banking operations in Poland. Well, this long-running CHF saga is something which is now being brought to a close. Yet, on the other hand, the customer protection, consumer protection should be a very important topic as we speak. Therefore, the implementation of a standard agreement in mortgage loans is something that we have now been spearheading, and we want to have the risks in this respect contained.
We agree, we must approach the customer protection in a most tight manner. We must hold the risks at bay, and one standard contract template should be one of the instruments in our repertoire. We move from the agility to the customer protection. This trend has not yet reached a level of equilibrium. PLN 649 million only this year, that is the figure that Piotr was referring to. PLN 328 million that we developed only this year is our prudent response in trying to strike the balance. We do not know what the balance will essentially look like. Anyway, we can promise you this, we will respect all the privileges and rights of our customers on the one hand. On the other hand, we will strive to protect as much as we can the assets on the part of our shareholders.
So we must strike a balance here. This new model of operations, it has now been adopted, and it is important for some sorts of transactions and may potentially give rise to certain abuses. We must look at how much it creates a pool of unnecessary routines of practices on the market that we must eliminate. Unless we do not know the risk in full, we must take a prudent approach, which we do, and we embed all the buffers needed. We are all representatives of the board, and we can promise you this, we will continue to act with the necessary prudence. Now for the values, as regards the number of settlements and court cases. Is it a justification enough to create new slides on a new topic? For the time being, not really, but the time only shows if we are right or not.
We can only mention what we can do from our side. It has been three years where we stopped taking any commissions, and the portfolio of active products and assets is relatively low. So we think that the risk, it of course exists, but it is limited, and it all depends on the activity of different type of outside factors. Do we have any more questions?
Robert [inaudible], [inaudible] . Robert [inaudible], [inaudible] . I wanted to ask about the increase of the loans and the whole portfolio in the fourth quarter. We are already in November. Is this second two-digit increase of 15% is still holding up? Is there any risk or threat for the payout of the dividend 75% this year? Maybe you will be emitting the AT1 to keep the same level of payout at 75% or not, and the cost of risk.
It seems they are under control, but is there anything happening in the further side that could go down, go south? If so, in which group of clients? When it comes to the increase and the sales with the consumer loans, it is a little bit early. It is just one month of the fourth quarter behind us, but we do not lower our aspirations. We want to grow and be active in that specific group of products, and something big would have to happen for us to lose pace.
Of course, a lot of things are going on in the market. We know what different banks are aiming for. They mostly declare increased dynamics in the pricing, I mean mortgage as well, but our goals and aspirations do not change. When it comes to dividend, the corridor is not changed, 75% average, which is normal when the indicators are narrowing down and the margin is still there. We will be continuing towards 50%.
It is not our decision. Naturally, we will be ready for every scenario. We also introduced with the management board this topic that our trajectory should be built in such a way, but also having said that we are going to be prepared for every scenario. In that context, securitization adds to the indicators, to the factors. It is not only merely a tool that increases or improves our Tier 1, but securitization is in our plans when it comes to AT1. All the work that we have been doing when it comes to expanding geography, expanding the portfolio of investors, the goal is to figure out what the appetites are.
It's very often a question from the investors, which is a very good news for us because we're trying to test waters to see what may be potentially attractive, and we can then say if there are good prognoses for that. If in the middle of year 2027, we are not forecasting, it does not mean, because right now we don't have the need for doing that, but it does not mean that we will not use it. When it comes to issuance, the works on issuance, we've done a lot of backstage work that it's not visible. The marketing that is scattered across the whole year causes us that we don't have to go and do everything in one day. We are in the fast but steady process, and we can adjust issuance to that process.
We need to be flexible, ready, and prepared for different instruments, different tools to ensure preparedness for different scenarios that are very often out of our control. We are not the ones who vote at the management board. When it comes to the cost of risks, as long as we have a positive vote and optimistic vote from Piotr, from my side as well, Bank Polski spends money well for marketing, and we can see that mostly in the retail segment. Can we uphold in the longer run such a low risk? Probably it's stable, but where I could see potential threat, that would be structural projects, structure finance, where we can see the highest, for example, the increase of interest rates, the leverage maybe with the increase of interest rates, and the diversified interest with different branches.
I wouldn't be very afraid of the specific results, but maybe in the topic of the mortgages and the credits, they're not working for themselves, but it is very marginal. Just to be more precise, we have been hearing in the press that the photovoltaic and sustainable RES, sustainable resources market can be changing and impacting. We've noticed that the supply of energy from those resources have indeed increased, which caused competition, but also adjusting the electric lines has not been flexible enough to attract and absorb the amount of electricity, and it led to the switch-offs and the drastic increase of prices for those periods of time, which obviously influences the photovoltaic farm segment from our perspective. It's not enormous scale, but it did cause the increase of credits that are not working for themselves in one of the quarters.
We can also see that in the offices real estate, in some districts, the demand is higher. Also, the rates of EUR currency are higher. I've been called to the table to speak out, so let me add that apart from the very specific cases, the specific sectors that may be exceptionally difficult from the macro perspective, we don't see any worsening of the costs of the risks factors. The situation in the labor market is increasing. We are forecasting that in the upcoming quarters, it's going to be even better, and the financial situation of enterprises is also in the trend of increase. The latest statistics are very strong, surprisingly positive, so I would like to highlight that we don't see any difficulties upcoming from this sector. Also, what we can hear from our clients, we are meeting them weekly with our corporate clients.
What we hear from them, the narrative also sounds well and does not suggest any problems to come. Let us now move to the online questions. The first one is about the increase of interest rates. It would be PLN 320 million per 100 points. The second question is about, have you noticed the influx or increase of the cases in the recent quarter, in the fourth quarter? The numbers are different. When it comes to claims related to that, it is different, but the amount is still below PLN 300 million. So in the scale of a bank, it is not very important, but the situation is dynamic. There are quarters where we can notice the increase a little bit higher, but we see kind of visible difference between those dynamics.
The next question. In the quarters to come, can we expect further financial backup for the customer cases and provisions for the customers? We see the migration between different cohorts, the influx. We have been dealing with provisions in that segment. As Piotr mentioned, we encompassed it under one model. We try to detect those movements and assume certain predictions, what can result from which cohort. Of course, we do not know what the dynamic is going to be for the future. It is always a big question, but we would like to be prepared for different scenarios, and we are going to react in a timely basis. The last question about the decrease of results when it comes to the commissions and fees resulting from leasing. I already mentioned that we corrected the line of reserves related to the residual value of the cars that are accessible in our leasing.
It can be related to overpricing on the market that, again, is connected with the influx of cheaper cars from Asian countries. So the PLN 30 million that we have established in that trend can be translation from the conservative look on the fleet, but we would not consider it as already done damage because we can imagine that such a car may be reintroduced to a leasing, and we can hope it is going to generate more income. So the conditions may change. Our outlook is fairly conservative, and the majority was reflected in the first half of the year, and then we are adjusting flexibly to the market. I do not see any more questions, so thank you so much.
