Amaero is a leading U.S.-based producer of high-value refractory and titanium alloy spherical metal powders for additive manufacturing (“AM”) and advanced manufacturing, and a pioneer in Powder Metallurgy Hot Isostatic Pressing (“PM-HIP”) manufacturing of large near-net-shape components.
We produce high-purity spherical metal powders specifically engineered for laser powder bed fusion (“LPBF”) 3D printing of mission-critical components — particularly for hypersonic weapons systems, satellite propulsion, strategic missiles, aerospace, and medical applications.
Our powder portfolio encompasses niobium, tungsten, tantalum, molybdenum, rhenium, zirconium, and titanium alloy powders.
Through our PM-HIP manufacturing process, we produce large, complex, near-net-shape powder metallurgy parts with forged-equivalent material properties and microstructure, providing a technically mature and scalable alternative to the strained domestic supply chain for large-scale castings and forgings.
