Good morning. Welcome to the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders for Brunswick Corporation. I would now like to turn the call over to David Foulkes, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Brunswick Corporation. Please go ahead.

David Foulkes
CEO and Chairman, Brunswick Corporation

Good morning, and welcome, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. We are again holding our annual meeting in a virtual format to allow for greater shareholder participation. As noted in the rules of conduct posted on the virtual meeting site, only validated shareholders may vote and submit questions during the meeting. This means that you must be logged in to the virtual meeting website using the 16-digit control number found on your proxy materials. We will pause to address questions on the proposals prior to the polls being closed. You may submit a general question to be answered after the formal portion of the meeting is adjourned. Out of consideration for others, please limit yourself to one question. Please note that this meeting is being recorded. However, no one attending via the webcast or telephone is permitted to use any recording device.

The board of directors designated March 9th, 2026 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to vote at this meeting. On March 19th, 2026, we began mailing the proxy materials to shareholders as of the record date. An affidavit of mailing showing proper notice of this meeting will be incorporated into the minutes of this meeting. With that, this meeting is officially called to order. I would like to introduce the other members of the board. Nancy Cooper, David Everitt, our Lead Independent Director, Reginald Fils-Aimé, Lauren Flaherty, Joseph McClanathan, David Singer, Steven Whisler, Roger Wood, and MaryAnn Wright. Also present and available to answer questions concerning Brunswick's financial statements is Scott Szalony from Deloitte & Touche, our independent auditor. Chris Dekker, Brunswick's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, will act as secretary for this meeting.

The Brunswick Law Department is acting as our inspector of election. Chris has advised that a quorum is present for purposes of transacting business. There are three voting matters at today's meeting. One, the first proposal is the election of directors named in the proxy statement. The board recommends a vote for each of the director nominees. Two, the second proposal is the advisory vote to approve the compensation of our named executive officers as described in the proxy statement. The board recommends voting for the say- on- pay proposal. Three, the third and final proposal is the ratification of the Audit and Finance Committee's appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2026. The board and the Audit and Finance Committee recommend a vote for the ratification of Deloitte's appointment. Are there any questions on these proposals?

Chris Dekker
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Brunswick Corporation

We've not received any questions relating to the proposals. We will respond to any general questions at the end of our formal meeting.

David Foulkes
CEO and Chairman, Brunswick Corporation

Any shareholder who hasn't yet voted or wishes to change a prior vote should do so now by clicking on the voting button on the web portal and following the instructions there. Shareholders who have sent in proxies or voted via telephone or Internet and who do not want to change their vote do not need to take any further action. We'll pause for a moment to give everyone a final chance to submit their vote. Now that everyone has had the opportunity to vote, and it is 8:10 A.M., I declare the polls for the 2026 Brunswick Corporation annual meeting of shareholders closed. Chris, do we have preliminary voting results?

Chris Dekker
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Brunswick Corporation

We do. The preliminary vote report shows that each of the nominees for election to the board have been duly elected, and each of the other proposals have been approved by our shareholders. We will report the final vote results from today's meeting in an SEC filing within four business days.

David Foulkes
CEO and Chairman, Brunswick Corporation

Thank you, Chris. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders of Brunswick Corporation is adjourned. Thank you for your support. We'd like to open things up for general shareholder questions submitted today on the website. Lee Gordon, our Chief Communications Officer, will facilitate the question and answer portion of this meeting.

Lee Gordon
Chief Communications Officer, Brunswick Corporation

Dave, we have no questions submitted today.

David Foulkes
CEO and Chairman, Brunswick Corporation

Thank you, Lee. Thank you all for joining us today. That is the conclusion of our comments, and our webcast is now concluded.
