Company Description

Freehold Properties is an internally managed real estate investment trust focused on financing specialized industrial cultivation/processing and retail/dispensary cannabis properties, with contingent purchase options that are exercisable only upon the legalization of cannabis under U.S. federal law or certain other events.

As of the date of this prospectus, our portfolio is comprised of six mortgage loans and one note receivable with an aggregate principal amount of $38.7 million.
