Guggenheim Special Purpose Acquisition Corp. I (the “Company”) is a newly incorporated blank check company, incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.

We intend to concentrate our efforts identifying one or several business in the financial services industry. Our sponsor is an affiliate of Guggenheim Partners, a global investment and advisory firm with more than $310 billion in assets under management and a track record of delivering results through innovative solutions.

The firm has more than 2,400 professionals located in offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Tokyo, London and other cities in the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
