Giant Oak Acquisition Corporation is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
Our efforts in identifying prospective target businesses will not be limited to a particular geographic region.
We may pursue an initial business combination in any business or industry but expect to focus on a target in an industry where we believe our management team and founder’s expertise will provide us with a competitive advantage.
Our Sponsor and certain members of our Board of Directors and management have significant business ties to or are based in the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong.
We may consider a business combination with an entity or business with a physical presence or other significant ties to the People’s Republic of China or Hong Kong.
We will primarily seek to acquire one or more growth businesses with a total enterprise value of between $300,000,000 and $600,000,000.
