Spring Valley Acquisition V is a blank check company, incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify, acquire and operate a business or businesses that can benefit from our management team’s established global relationships, sector expertise and active management and operating experience.
In particular, we currently intend to focus on opportunities that capitalize on the expertise and ability of our management team, particularly our executive officers, to identify, acquire and operate a business operating at the intersection of power infrastructure, decarbonization, artificial intelligence infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and industrial electrification.
