About Celero Communications
Celero Communications is a semiconductor company that designs coherent digital signal processors (DSPs), the chips that turn electrical data into optical signals and back so information can move across fiber optic links. Its technology targets the optical interconnects that stitch together AI data centers, linking accelerators inside a system, racks across a facility and separate buildings that can sit miles apart. The company says its architecture scales from 1.6 terabit links toward next-generation 3.2 terabit connections while drawing less power than existing interconnect chips, and in 2026 it validated what it calls the industry's first 2nm coherent DSP silicon. Celero is still pre-production and plans to make money by selling its coherent DSP chips to the data center operators and networking hardware makers building large-scale AI infrastructure. It was founded in 2024 by Nariman Yousefi and Oscar Agazzi, veterans of ClariPhy, Inphi, Broadcom and Marvell who have shipped multiple generations of coherent DSP and networking silicon.
