About Covenant

Covenant is a defense technology company that builds long-range precision strike weapons for the United States and its allies. Its flagship system, Anthem, is a ground-launched cruise missile that carries a payload of more than 200 kg and is engineered to be mass-produced at a fraction of the cost of legacy weapons. The company also supplies the mission-planning and command-and-control software needed to launch these missiles at scale. Covenant makes money by selling Anthem systems and related development and production work to the U.S. military and allied governments. It operates local production lines in Texas, Germany and Israel. The company was founded in 2024 by Michael Kaufman, a former investor at Thiel Capital who serves as CEO, alongside co-founder Ofir Dayan.
