About Saronic

Saronic Technologies is a defense technology company that designs, builds and deploys autonomous surface vessels for the U.S. Navy and allied maritime forces. Its lineup of uncrewed boats ranges from the 24-foot Corsair to the 180-foot Marauder. The vessels pair AI-driven autonomy, advanced sensors and swarm tactics to run missions like surveillance, reconnaissance and force protection without a crew. Saronic makes money by selling these vessels and the software that controls them to government and defense customers, and it operates its own manufacturing shipyards in Texas and Louisiana. The company was founded in 2022 by Dino Mavrookas, Vibhav Altekar, Doug Lambert and Rob Lehman, and is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
