About d-Matrix

d-Matrix is a semiconductor company that designs accelerator chips and systems for AI inference in data centers. Its flagship product is Corsair, a rack-scale inference platform built on a digital in-memory compute architecture that runs large language models faster and with less energy than GPU-based systems. The platform also includes JetStream network cards and the Aviator software stack. d-Matrix makes money by selling this inference hardware and software to hyperscalers, AI labs and enterprises that run AI models at scale. The company began shipping Corsair to customers in 2026. It was founded in 2019 by Sid Sheth and Sudeep Bhoja and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California.
