About HavocAI
HavocAI is a defense technology company that builds autonomous unmanned vehicles and the collaborative autonomy software that lets fleets of them operate together across sea, air and land. Its hardware lineup centers on low-cost uncrewed surface vessels such as the Rampage, Seahound, Kiakoa and Atlas, while its software-defined autonomy stack lets a single operator task and supervise thousands of vessels, drones and ground robots at once, including in contested or communications-degraded environments. The company makes money by selling these vehicles together with its autonomy software and command-and-control systems to military customers, primarily the U.S. Department of Defense. HavocAI was co-founded in 2024 by Navy veterans Paul Lwin and Joe Turner and is headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island.
