About Lendable
Lendable is a European consumer credit company that uses machine learning to price and approve personal loans, credit cards and car finance in minutes. In the UK it lends under its own Lendable loans brand, the Zable money app and the Autolend car finance brand. It also provides the credit behind own-brand loan products for retail partners including the Post Office and Asda Money. Lendable takes no deposits. It makes money by originating and servicing consumer credit that institutional investors and securitisation buyers fund, earning fees on the loans it writes while those investors collect the interest. Experian data ranked Lendable the UK's biggest issuer of new personal loans by volume in 2025 and the second biggest issuer of new credit cards. The company has been profitable since 2017 and now operates in the United States and Mexico as well as the UK.
