Nomura Real Estate Master Fund Company Description
Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc. (NMF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the former Nomura Real Estate Master Fund Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Former NMF") and Nomura Real Estate Office Fund Investment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "NOF") and Nomura Real Estate Residential Investment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "NRF") will be the dissolved corporations in the consolidation-type merger.
The Investment Corporation was established on October 1, 2015 through a consolidation-type merger (hereinafter referred to as the "3-REIT Merger").
The Investment Corporation will allocate 1.6 investment units per 1 investment unit of NRF, and 3.6 investment units per 1 investment unit of NOF.
Investment 4.45 investment units of the Investment Corporation were allocated for each 1 investment unit.
