Fukuoka REIT Corporation is Japan's first region-focused real estate investment trust.
In accordance with the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951 , including subsequent amendments), leveraging the regionality (locality) that is a characteristic of the real estate industry, with the entire Kyushu region (including Okinawa Prefecture) with Fukuoka at its center, and Yamaguchi Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the "Fukuoka-Kyushu Region") as its investment target area.
On November 9, 2004, it acquired a total of four commercial facilities and office buildings and began substantial operations and was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and the Fukuoka Stock Exchange, a securities membership corporation (stock code 8968), on June 21, 2005.
As of the end of the fiscal period under review (as of February 28, 2025), we are managing a total of 35 properties, including 10 commercial facilities, 13 office buildings, and 12 other properties (including quasi-co-ownership interests in real estate trust beneficiary rights, as well as leasehold land for commercial facilities and office buildings).
Fukuoka REIT Corporation was established and incorporated on July 2, 2004 in Japan.
