Berto Acquisition II is a blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.

We will be examining in particular opportunities in artificial intelligence and the AI infrastructure and supply chain ecosystem, including mission critical components, data, energy, and infrastructure businesses enabling the scaling of AI.

This includes, but is not limited to, advanced nuclear technologies, such as small modular reactor developers, supporting the growing power demands of AI datacenters, as well as other cutting edge technology companies positioned to benefit from long term secular growth trends.
