About Velaura AI
Velaura AI is a semiconductor company that designs ultra-low-power silicon and software for AI computing. Its core technology is Titan Core, a proprietary chip-design platform and digital IP that the company says delivers a two to four times improvement in performance per watt for the mathematical operations inside AI accelerators. Velaura targets hyperscale data centers, edge AI and physical or embodied AI such as robots, drones and autonomous systems, all of which face tight power and thermal limits. It makes money by selling its silicon and licensing its chip designs to companies building AI accelerators and other energy-efficient compute hardware. The company was founded in 2022 as Auradine, a maker of energy-efficient Bitcoin-mining ASICs and AI data-center infrastructure, and rebranded to Velaura AI in 2026 as it refocused on ultra-low-power AI compute.
