Vanguard Diversified High Growth Index ETF is an exchange traded fund of fund launched and managed by Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd. The fund invests in other funds which invest in the public equity and fixed income markets across the globe. For its equity portion, it invests in the funds which invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in funds which invest in the stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. For its fixed income portion, it invests in the funds which invest in the fixed-rate securities. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the High Growth Composite Index, comprising of 36% S&P/ASX300 Index, 26.5% MSCI World ex-Australia Index (with net dividends reinvested) in Australian dollars, 16% MSCI World ex-Australia Index (with net dividends reinvested) hedged to Australian dollars, 6.5% MSCI World ex-Australia Small Cap Index (with net dividends reinvested) in Australian dollars, 5% MSCI Emerging Markets Index (with net dividends reinvested) in Australian dollars, 3% Bloomberg Barclays AusBond Composite 0+ Yr Index, 7% Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Float Adjusted Index hedged to Australian dollars.
